Casted and hand altered stoneware bowl with structured exterior. The atemoya piece could be used a sculptural addition to any space, as well as it is the perfect size for your favorite rock, ring or delicate small treasure. Each Atemoya Bowl is cast from real atemoya fruits. Once the piece is slipcast, it’s hand formed and detailed, then fired in a bisque firing, and then glazed and fired one more time. Each piece is a slightly different shape or size. Just like actual pieces of fruit, every piece is unique.
