Sculptural utilitarian ceramic pitcher made by hand. Designed to use as a pitcher or a vase or stand alone as a sculptural focal point. Made in a black stoneware clay covered in a beautiful metalized black glaze.

About the Biomorphic Series : The series embody raw and organic abstraction. This approach draws on inspiration from mid-century modern design and organic yet architectural forms and by the great modernist sculptors. The Biomorphic series consists of a range of vases in different shapes, designed to take on a life of their own as both functional vases/jars and sculptural objects. Each vessel has a unique expression and is slowly crafted by hand in Hanna’s studio in Rio de Janeiro.
